Questions parents ask

Who is this for?
Students preparing for NEET in Class 11, Class 12, or after finishing Class 12. Every plan opens both classes and all three subjects; the stage you pick changes what we suggest you study first.
Is this a coaching class?
No. This is practice and revision software with AI help. There is no timetable, no assigned teacher, and no live class schedule. It is meant to sit alongside school or coaching, not replace a teacher.
Does my child get Class 11 and Class 12 material?
Yes. Both classes are included in every plan, whichever stage you choose, so a Class 11 student can look ahead and a dropper can revise everything.
How long does access last, and does it renew?
Monthly access renews at the price shown at checkout, and you can ask us to stop it at any time. The 12-month, 24-month and revision plans are a single payment for that period and do not renew automatically.
Are there usage limits?
Yes, and every one of them is listed in the “What you get” section on this page, tool by tool. AI help and question scanning have a daily limit; ordinary practice, tests and quizzes do not need another upgrade.
How do I cancel or ask for a refund?
The 12-month, 24-month and revision plans are a single payment, so there is nothing to cancel. To stop a monthly plan, or to ask about a refund, contact support: we will cancel it for you, and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I see my child’s progress?
A parent can be linked to a student account and see their practice and test progress once the student approves the link.
